Mark Moorton, Director of People & Development

Mark joined Accordance in early 2019 having held a number of senior HR and People Leadership roles across a number of industries including energy, publishing, retail, consultancy and financial services delivering successful people strategies which have helped the businesses to grow.

Mark’s role at Accordance is to design, develop and deliver a people strategy for the business ensuring that Accordance remains a great place to work and attracts and retains the best talented individuals possible. Mark also business partners the Managing Director and members of the senior management team to enable them to maximise theirs and their teams’ potential.
