• Recovery of 50%  of the VAT on the purchase of company cars and on fuel expenses incurred after 1st January 2012
• Registered taxable persons with an annual turnover below RON 119,000 will be entitled to request deregistration at any time. Currently deregistration is allowed only at the end of the year.
