The revised rates are:

  • the new standard rate is 21% (previously 20%)
  • the new reduced rates are 6% (previously 5%) and 13% (previously 12%). The goods and services to which the reduced rates apply have not changed.

The new rates for Madeira and the Azores are 15% (standard rate) and 5% and 9% (reduced rates).
